Delivery Terms in Lithuania
- Express Delivery – if you choose a piece from our collection, we will deliver it within 1–2 business days.
- Standard Delivery – ordered jewelry that we do not have in stock is delivered within 10–14 business days from payment.
- Custom Orders – when manufacturing according to your wishes, delivery can take up to 1 month. In such cases, our team will contact you in advance to agree on an exact date.
If it happens that you need jewelry on the same day, call us immediately – you can come to pick it up from the store or we can arrange for express delivery on the same day.
Delivery Address and Recipient
We send orders to the address you specify. If you wish for a specific person to receive the shipment, this must be indicated when placing the order.

Before returning an item, contact us by email or phone to receive a return code and instructions. Upon receiving the shipment, our quality specialist inspects the product within 5 business days. If it is undamaged, the money is returned within 3 business days.
