Returns
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchased piece of jewelry. If for any reason you would like to return an item, we offer a 30-day return guarantee from the date of receipt of the item.
Before returning an item, it is necessary to contact us by e-mail [email protected] or by phone +370 (679) 50 000 to receive a return code and instructions. Upon receiving the item, it is inspected by our quality specialist within 5 business days. If the item is not damaged, the money is refunded within 3 business days.
IMPORTANT! Returned items must be:
• Unworn, undamaged, unmodified;
• With original packaging, labels, and quality certificate.
Items made according to individual orders are not returnable. When returning a shipment, please do not specify the words “jewelry” or others that could reveal the value of the shipment. Out-of-court disputes are settled by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt), located at Vilniaus g. 25, Vilnius.
